Cost Plus World Market - Poor Customer Service

Bought barstools online for over $400. One was damaged. Have tried for over two weeks to get a refund and pick up. Have been hung up on lied to about my refund and no pick up call scheduled. While the $400 charge remains on my card. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them , with several people including supervisors. Just plain poor customer service .

Cost Plus World Market - Complaint

No one seemed happy. And at the register the young man assumed i would sign up for rewards and i wasn't impressed with the store to get emails. The young man didnt seem engaged at all at the register.
