We ordered a Roland King Bed. The box came horribly damaged and when opened, the footboard was cracked in half.

I called customer service and they said they could ship it right away. Then we get an email saying they don't have it in until 1 month later. A month comes and we get part of an email chain saying we can't find it then finally that it's no longer being made. The options are to save 30% on a non-functioning bed frame or send it back.

Then they are hasseling me because we no longer have the original packaging 2 months later (after we expected to have a replacement part shipped right away). Very poor service and communication and bad outcome

How frustrating, I feel your pain. Personally, I wouldn't purchase furniture online from ANY retailer as there always seems to be some issue with delivery and shipping. I hope everything worked out in the end.
