You call customer service to find out anything- you get different answers depending on who answers the phone. Long story but they sent email saying extra 50% of red tags this was on online ad that brought you to sale items- their mistake in which they would have to honor the ad- they did honor one item the table but the chairs they said sorry and also sorry we can't give you even a break on the heavy surplus charges which was about 75$ extra- in the email to me they mocked my name spelling it wrong every email and basically frustrated me instead of helping me- I used to love this store but they are not considerate or honorable.

Monetary Loss: $600.
