They have the worst Manager in there very rude. Jasmine one of the managers in the Raleigh NC store has one of the worst attitudes I have ever encounter!

I purchased some cook ware items online the previous night and after getting a confirmation email and text that my items were ready to pick up I arrived at the store to pick up. Not all is negative the front service cashier was very helpful and friendly and directed the personnel in the back to get my orders. I spent 30 minutes waiting for the orders to be pulled. After they were pulled the and brought to the front they thought I want verify the items.

I refused to sign for them until I verify orders.

The most expensive item on the order was missing. When I asked for the manager Jasmine she was rude and condescending after the fact that I caught them red handed trying to sneak one on me.

Yeah I've had to deal with Cynthia before. Not sure how she got into customer service. She has no people skills at ALL!!
